I love Seiko watches and I currently wear a Seiko Keinetic automatic quartz watch. It has a moving weight (like mechanical automatic watches) but this time rather than winding up a spring it charges the battery.

I love it since it is both accurate and does not need its battery changed.

By the way be careful if you change the battery of a water proof watch. I changed the battery of one om high end Seiko watches and only afterward the jeweler told me he did not have the right tools and he had ruined the O ring which made the watch water proof.
